Anarchy charges again

I have been playing a number of games with undrilled Heavy troops. Some of the armies are superior, some are average. The anarchy charge results are a bit odd. The average troops anarchy charge more than the fanatic superior troops. I think that this may be opposite of what is intended.
I would think fanatics would be very likely to anarchy charge.

Drilled vs Undrilled status should affect the chance of anarchy charging. Troop quality (poor/average/superior/elite) should have no effect. If it is, then there is a bug. Unfortunately the summary window does not show rolls for anarchy charges so there is no way to verify this.

Both are undrilled in my recent battles. Wouldnt elite and superior get re-rolls? If so they would be less likely to anachy.

In the TT game only commanders influence...not quality for anarchy.

TT rules you don't get re-rolls for quality. No matter what your troop quality, poor to elite you only get 1 die roll and 1 chance to not charge off insanely.
Undrilled have a higher die score to not anarchy so they are more likely to charge off then drilled troops. Being closer to a leader should (not always though) make it easier for your troops to not anarchy. Troops who are armed with a ranged weapon as their main weapon are less likely to want to charge and are likely to refuse, another version of anarchy. I have had that one happen a lot with my Persians. Even against fragged enemy rears.
