Just seen on the Matrix forum thread you wanted to update today ... and when started up BA there it was version 1.3.6 and looks like you've left the on-going games on and I got so distracted by that that I've just burnt my pizza :( Brilliant! - apart from the bit about my frazzled pizza - and top marks again for the support we're getting. You don't mess around pushing these improvement updates out - long may it continue.

Thanks

p.s. the Launcher is still referencing and linked to 1.3.5

We're in the process of updating the launcher - didn't want to do it before we had a thread to link to :)

Cheers

Just so you know, the only new units available in the editor are the British Paras.

They are all there for me. Greyhound at the bottom, same on the german units.

Seriously, I'm the only person who doesn't have the new units in the editor? Nobody else has this problem?

Figures.

Just had a look and I can't see them either.....

I've got them; you need to change to the Axis units using the Unit Placement Mode button.

Not exactly. It has to do with having a custom squads.csv file, at least in my case it did.

Are you sure insidius? The only squads.csv being used is from the 1.3.6 update - I haven't made any changes that file and I don't have a custom squads.csv in my custom campaigns folder.

You said you could see the new units in the editor right? I couldn't and my problem was that I had a custom squads.csv file. Maybe we're misunderstanding each other. :P

Hotseat is already in game! :) Just start a MP session and then accept your own challenge and voila, hotseat mode.

Note you need to add

ALLOWMPHOTSEAT 1

to your user.txt file in My Documents\My Games\BBCBA before you can acept your own games.

Just downloaded and testing!

Thanks again Slitherine!

The new units are in the editor visible for me!

BUT, the real Sd. Kfz. 251/2 had no roof; in contrast it was open for better using of mortars! (as far as I know it!)

I was unsure whether to put the roof on or not.

When I was making the 251/2, I was concerned that it would be too hard to tell apart from the normal halftrack. So when I found one image (of a plastic kit rather than an actual source photo) that had this canvas cover on, I seized on it as a way of differentiating the new unit.

So it's there for game play reasons :)

No problem!

Hah! Another model maker!

No complaining, but which kit was that?

:?

By the way thanks for your work!

Pip

Because you edited the first post instead of making a new post, this thread did not show as new. I happened to see another thread about 137 and looked for something official.

Just an FYI for the future.

Really? Good to know - I assumed it would refresh on an edit. I'll be sure to add a new tail in future. Thanks!
