I'm not entirely convinced of this one myself, but I said I would post it for a friend.
Should the loss of commanders count towards the army breakpoint ?
A routed or removed BG counts as 2 Atrittion points, a fragmented one as 1, should a dead commander count as 1 as well ?

I wouldn't be against it. Losing all the commanders of an army would certainly have an effect on the troops morale & will to fight. Of course this is kinda reflected already when you lose all those +1 for commanders in CTs.

Allow replacement of a lost C-in-c or Ally general after two bounds by a troop commander, either reflecting that the general didn't die (maybe wounded) or has been replaced, provided that there is still at least one steady unit (either intrinsic or allied respectively). Replacement is placed with a steady unit - nearest the old general's position.
Possibly make this conditional on a dice roll.
Increase the cost of relevant generals by 10 pts to allow for this.

Once you lose even most of your commanders your army is on a rapid trip to being broken. You will fail more tets, you cannot bolster, you cannot rally. How is any of that good?
