Entering serial number from receipt sent via email for field of glory digital edition I get "sorry the serial number you entered is not valid". ???? I am pasting it from email receipt so it is not typing error. I got 3 extras too and would like to play please?

Please assist as I just spent $100 and no can play.

Are you sure you are using the correct serial for the correct part of the package? That is, when installing FoG first, you'll need the appropriate serial and so on.

thanks - just sent receipt with serials that don't work - yea, I entered first one first. Thanks for quick reply - I have dl'd a ton of games and never had this.

Is this the Mac version of FoG? If somake sure you have not entered it twice and try clicking continue to get to the game as it could be you have already set everything up ok.
