Stockport 650 points event 11th/12th Dec 2010

I have asked Hammy if we could run a FOG R event side by side with the FOG AM same rules we only need a few people to get this up and running if you were thinking of going nows your chance to have a fun weekend or even just one day playing FOG R.

Two linked one day tournaments, three games a day

Each day will be a separate tournament, so if you want you can just come on one day.

FoG 15mm 650 points on a 5 by 3 table 2 hours 30 minutes each game normal rules less one item of terrain and Compulsery pieces always fit.

If I could get a rough idea to see if this is worth running it would be most welcome.

Each day will be a separate tournament, there will be prizes for best performance each day and for best over the weekend. Players will nto play the same player twice in the weekend.

FoG 15mm 650 points on a 5 by 3 table - I am considering limiting this event to two themes but combining the pools, players who wish to may bring an army to from each pool so that all their games are 'themed' . This is an experiment so if you think it is a very silly idea let me know.

FoG 25mm (if numbers allow) 600 points any army allowed. Rather than use a smaller table I have decided that 40mm MU will probably have much the same effect as a smaller table for 15mm

FoG:R (if numbers allow) I have been asked if there will be a FoG:R tournament, I have no problem with that, we just need some entrants. One option would be that as long as we get 4 players then we can do a one day everyone plays everyone torunament and then those players that want to play both days could play FoG:AM on the other day.

If there is demand for other rules to be run there is plenty of space at the venue so let me know and I will see what can be done

Venue: The North West Regional Gaming centre, Hallam Mill, Stockport (I will get the post code but it is just off the A6 about 1 mile south of Stockport centre)

Accomodation: The Stockport South Permier Inn is just over the road from the venue.

Entry fee: £5 per player per day, juniors free (just for Robert )

Entries to me: hammy@the-riverbank.net

Payment on the day is fine

Timings:
Saturday:

First game 9:30-12:00
Second game 12:45-15:15
Third game 15:30-18:00

Sunday
First game 9:00-11:30
Second game 12:15-14:45
Third game 15:00-17:30

I might be interested in attending but could I use 6mm figures based to 15mm?
