I am beginning to get pretty frustrated now, it has been three days since I sent an email to Matrix support about my DAG problems. In between I have been wracking my brains to try and make sense of my problem. It would seem the game does not recognise my login for SOA, it says it is mismatched. Also when I hit DAG it says I do not own SOA.

1. I hit FOG shortcut, up comes SOA box.
2. I click play SOA.
3. I hit new game and it allows me to set up a DAG game for SOA.
4. If I hit MP, it says I have a mismatched username for SOA then it allows me to log in with my FOG(?) username and password.
5. Now MP does not allow DAG game and if I hit DAG Generator it says I do not have SOA.

This is a cry from the wilderness, call me or I jump.

Hi, I checked in the database and it seems you don't have your FoG serial registered, but only your SoA. Can you try to register it here?

You have to register your serial on the Slitherine sytem to play multiplayer. The Matrix servers are not used for multiplayer.

OK, well I have tried to register both games and I am informed that they are already registered?

Should I be communicating with Slitherine then to fix my problem?

I can see that your FoG main game serial is registered with the account ganderjock...
I can free one of your serial so you can register it with the right account, which account you want to use?

Ok, I've now moved your Belis4rius serial to the ganderjock one. You should now be able to log into the MP using the ganderjock details.
