I have just bought FOG and SOA and want to play online. I have registered my game but I get a message : Failed Authorisaion (error code 10).
I have tried with my Matrix login and my Slitherine one, but no joy.
Can anyone help?

You will need to use your Slitherine forum login and password to play online. This assumes that you used them (the Slitherine login etc) when you registered the serials?

It says I have a mismatched sign in for Storm of Arrows?
I have used both my Slitherine password and Matrix (the one given for my original FOG) password, but I still get the message saying Error 10?

Pip, thanks for the swift reply. In my frustration I tried my Matrix log in with my usual(old) password and it worked, I can get into MP now. I will now have to keep an eye open for a game. Thanks again.
