MP challenge ... any way to set force size

When you issue a MP challenge, is there a way to limit force sizes on both sides. Or is that set in the specific scenario you choose. Thanks.

Thanks, pomakli. I will make some basic custom maps and scenarios then to get the balance of forces I would like to see ... I am a fan of attack-defense style miniatures scenarios usually with a 2-1 ratio of forces.

By the way, is this ratio (2-1) enough for the attacking force against such a fire power?
