A recent game just ended in a draw on my turn with me on 41/41 and my opponent on 43/42. However in the results column its showing it as my victory on 100% to 102%.

I have had the same thing happen, other than it was me who was the loser.

I'm getting this too, which is okay but my opponents are thinking they've won, when infact it's a draw -- unless it isn't?

If they are new to FOG they may also be confused by the victory announcement box that is still appearing for draws; it would really help if that could be removed and also if the the victory conditions screen could state the draw as it does for victories. From memory it only does that for time out draws. I had thought this was being addressed in a patch ages ago but apparently not.
