I have currently 11 games under way (hehe don't like waiting for a turn to arrive ).

So far everyone is starting off with a polite greeting and over all making the pool of opponents look like a fine bunch

I think multi player is going to be extremely successful. I've been getting all sorts of mixes of units to play with from both sides, and noticing that both sides gear behaves real well when used wisely.

German/Italian or Allied, it's all in how you use them guys. I've been shooting up stuff equally on both sides (much to my opponents dismay I suppose).

Yeah, I think wagamers/turn based players in particular tend to be more mature when it comes to gaming communities.

Heh - hopefully the balance will play out. The couple of games I kicked off to seed the pool went really well (well, not for me, but certainly for my opponents!).

The update at the end of the week should also deal with the small number of uploading issues that have occured, and so I certainly hope that people are enjoying the games.

dswargamer, I am one of your opponents I watched a replay but i didn't have to time do the turn so i "saved it to the server" but when i loaded it back up to play the turn, it would not let me move my troops and all i had was an american flag to click and it ended my turn even though i was playing as germans. Did i do something wrong?

I will need to let another comment on the save potential problem, I have not had to confront it yet, so lack of experience makes me a bad choice for input.

Almost feeling like a World of Warcraft player right now been playing turns for an omg length of time. Is it really midnight?
