Somwthing weird.

Scenario Close Combat against Pomakli. I play as US. Send my first turn. Get turn back and open.
Message saying something about us having different scripts and the chat text after my name is not what I wrote and in German as well.
Then I get to play Germans and on another map if I'm not misstaken (I'm totally new at this so I don't recognise the maps so easy).
I could play without any problem but clearly something is out of whack.

I played a game against him and it said the same thing, maybe he has been tampering with the files trying to mod? or he didn't update his version?

PIP, we are playing with Hidde; I ment that he mixed the games and now he accepted this too.
That means, the only (!) weird thing was; that he got our conversation in german with hasardeur!!

Are you sure the only file you altered was the zoom level? Maybe reinstalling would help remove the script error messages.
Having said that, seeing someone else's conversation is very odd!
We are taking a look at the saves now.

Reinstalled! No more erro messages while playing with "hidde"

Yeah, I must have confused with whom I played wich scenario but the conversation thing
was very confusing
I can also zoom out more than before. Discovered that in my last turn. Very nice actually!

Ok, there actually were more strange things happening then the text. I and Pomakli played "Close Combat". Today I accepted "Bocage Village" against Picts.
Just did the first turn...it's the same map I and Pomakli had!?
I haven't played enough to say wich is wich but judging by the description it's likely B.V.
Maybe I was right about us switching side as well? I see there's another thread telling about the same thing.
