[BUG][1.3.3] Bad Current Game

A couple of days ago in my Current Game Opponent's turn multiplayer list appeared a strange game:
Pharsalus 48 BC vs (Caesarians) with a last update on 31 Dec 1969 19:00, even though the game is displayed as started on 15 July 2010 17:11
The turn number is 0, it is my opponent's turn and the opponent has no name at all!
I remember I've started and played a lot of Pharsalus 48 BC games, both as Caesarians or Pompeians (for some reason most of the players posting this scenario would pick the Caesarians elitist army, and expect to crush the poor Pompeians under their feet.. well, they've learned on their own skin what cavalry rolling up the flank means
), but I'm not sure this was ever one of the valid games.. maybe a wrong duplicate?
I can Claim the game, but when trying to do so, the error message appears: "Reason: You are not in this game. Code 29." and the game remains in my Current Games Opponent's Turn multiplayer list.
