[ISS][1.3.3] - No forward movement possible

Have a look at the screenshot, why can't this cavalry unit move forward and eventually charge the enemy cavalry unit? Just before any response, the unit was facing NW from the beginning of the turn.
Looking at the situation, it is almost like the unit having a SE facing (which is not the case). Yet.. I remember that in the previous turn, the only thing i did with this unit was exactly changing its facing (from SE to NW), to have a good position of charge for the next turn.
Is this a bug as it seems to me, or no?
