Would the officers have the red coats as well or would they be in their own?

Sashes: Any particular colour?

Officers of the period, and later, tended to provide their own to their own taste.

Didn't Parliament wear orange sashes, Royalists red? Been a long time since I looked in that Osprey book..... DBR v1.1 days
