Can a bg from an allied command give/recieve rear support from/to a bg not of the same allied command?

Think specifically can the main list samuria bgs get support from bgs out of the monk allied list assuming all the usual critera around facing and quality etc are met

Yes. Troops also care about allied BG routing, but not about allied genrals dying
