I guess you didn't like the comment about lackluster graphics? :P

Over all I think it was a positive review?

Wow, that review was a bit harsh. The one comment about not being able to zoom around the battlefield and see where units out of sight are, seems like the reviewer has no real concept of "fog of war," an important concept, accurately modeled in the game, I think.
I still love this game, and have been playing this more than any other current game I have....

To be honest, FoW has quite a few weeknesses in this game. For example, a unit that is spotted and runs deep behind lines can still be seen, as well as any other unit that crosses the path. Not sure how this can be extrapolated to real life.

I had a long post typed out, but deleted it.

I can't fathom why some reviewers will gush all over some games that deserve nothing but scorn, and then scoff at games that are clearly a nice change.

I just read a review that actually said nice things for HoI Semper Fi, an over rated 20 dollar patch for a game that is as buggy and crummy as the two previous designs. And yet they gave it a nice review.

I plan to correct stupid comments out there if they appear that's for sure :) And I won't be sparing reviewers the lash.

I believe they summed up claiming the game was still a winner.

However, I am puzzled by some statements like:
Enemy units are able to detect you by “hearing” your approach, and if you’re not in the immediate vicinity of a landmark or vehicle, landmarks on the map are invisible to you, so you cannot use the camera to simply scout out targets or soldiers hiding in cover.
