+ Now allows you to bring the briefing back up to remind you what to do. (Will not be available on saves from older versions).

I installed 1.3 and received 2 updates. I can't find anywhere a version number in the game or in the folder. VERSIONTAG shows BV13

That is what should happen, yes.
When you start the game the build number (top left) will read 1.3.2. If you're not up to date it will tell you, otherwise you are good to go

I have a tank sticking out of the side of a hill instead of driving down it. I take a screenshot with F2 and it puts a tga in my screens folder. I open it with Paint.net and window viewer and nothing is there. Should be a bmp or jpeg.

Sorry this is just the way it works - no way to fix tanks going through slopes at this stage.
