Can't buy IF

I know you are just looking out for me and all, but when I click the download button for Immortal Fire, I get this message

We are sorry, an unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again.

I also noticed it is the only one that doesn't have an add to cart. Now if I purchase anything else, it allows me to IF to the purchase, but I already own those! When I try removing the ones I own, then it takes out the IF.

Everything seems fine so all I can assume is DR were broken and have fixed it? Anyone still have issues?

Yes, I am still having problems, I think I'll give up at this point, I tried all weekend to buy the game without success.

From my office it seems like it would work, and the game was priced in dollars, although I didn't want to download it to my office computer.

From home, it is priced in GBP and get the error message cited above every time I try to buy it.

You are no doubt aware that you can change between currencies....

No, at home I get the error message and cannot buy or do anything. I only noted the difference in currencies in an effort to help Slitherine diagnose the problem. At the office I got the same error message over the weekend, but earlier today would have been able to buy the game if I wanted to download it on my office computer, which I do not.

That sucks. Keep trying. You'll be glad you did.

This is very frustrating for us. Is it possible to screenshot the page on which the error appears. I think it is in DR but its hard to say for sure. If you can mail it to info@slitherine.co.uk that woudl be great, Obviously its not good if people who want the game can't get it. Could you also post your operating system, location and browser in case these are the issue.

Actually I was able to buy the game late last night at home, it suddenly just started working. I just tried buying it at the office and it seems to work. I tried many many times over the weekend from home and from the office, and I got the same error message--of course I can't screen shot it now, but it was a full blank (white) web page with the text indicated in the first post in the upper left hand corner.

Where in the process exactly did you see it? Was it in the shopping cart where all your items are listed with a price and you can see the ESD and CD options that can be added or was it before this point, i.e. still on the product page with the buy button?

I got it right after hitting the buy button, never got another page other than the error page. When I was finally able to buy the game, after hitting "buy" I got the option to purchase the various other modules, or skip and only buy IF. As stated, when I got the error, I did not get to this page.

as stated in the OP, there was no need for a screenshot, that was all there was on the webpage. Now it works.
