Apologies if this is really obvious, but I can't find the answer. How do you create DAG armies with the troops from the original game. I can only select from the expansions.

You can't. The DAG only applies to the various expansions.

I think the only armies from the original that arnt represented by DAG lists are early Germans, Caledonians and Britains, likly which will be covered in Legions Triumphant?

Lost me. If most are covered by DAG lists - where are they? ROR? I don't have that.

I"m not quite sure what you are asking...... What units are you trying to get into a dag battle?

Basically, the orignal FOG had no dag battles, and thus really no army "lists"
What you had is unit graphics for Carthos/Romans and several barbarian, Hellenistic nations, some more fleshed out than others....to be used as wou wished in the editor....

The expansions have official lists of armies organised by "books" or expnasion packs to be played online in the DAG battles. Likly there are some graphics that are not utilizsed by any lists , for example Caledonian warriors.

I think so. You confused me with:

"I think the only armies from the original that arnt represented by DAG lists are early Germans, Caledonians and Britains" implying that there were DAG lists for the Romans and Carthos etc.

There are Dag Roman and Cartho lists available in Dag in the correct book.
