When i progress in the game (such as North Africa) and want to quit, there is no place to save the game. If I click the X then it asks if I want to give up. The only way out is to engage the Windows task manager and shut the entire game down. There has to be a better way. [/b]

Use the Esc key and type in a name for the campaign on the screen that appears.
