I've incorporated quite a lot of Mike's lists he posted a couple of weeks ago. However, I have made quite a few tweaks, some a bit arbitrary to keep things (IMO) clear, so it would be useful if they were checked to ensure that I've not cocked anything up or misinterpreted things.
