Undrilled battlegroups

How should undrilled battlegroups behave?
I notice that I can change the facing of an undrilled unit at the start of the movement and it spends all the movement. This is OK I think,
but I also notice that I can change facing of an undrilled unit after I spend all its movement in forward arc! This is a BUG I think.

I think that is not a bug but was a change made to the rules. Even on the TT undirlled troops can pretty much make a single wheel, its anything other than straight ahead they have problems with. Before undrilled were so severely hampered when facing a drilled army it was ridiculous. I believe they have toned down facing changes on drilled troops too now which is nice. Moving off to the side counts as making a wheel in your hex, MF and cav can probably move a bit I think, but it costs MP to move to your side so you don't get far.
The free facing change if you go straight is that one wheel the undrilled dunces can do on the TT and it is also a nice touch.
Finally those undrilled bows can turn and face to shoot.

If the turning is tuned, then I think that 1 turn should cost 1 hex of movement for undrilled, not all move if done as a first maneuver. And if they move to the last hex they can go there should be no turning anymore. They should save 1 move if they wish to turn.
I liked undrilled being clumsy. It gives feeling they are a big group of people trying to find something to fight.
To rotate 1/6 of a circle with 50 yard wide line, the furthest man must walk at least 52 yards if none is stepping backwards and the formation keeps in shape. Its about 1 hex of move to rotate 60 degrees for a hex wide formation.
Maybe rotation cost should be increased in bad terrain?

The Mp cost might be based on hex sides turned, who knows. I prefer the ability to turn my undrilled dummies at least once after a move, it really helps out the undrilled armies a lot.
