Great game! I can see spending many hours on this gem.
Everything seemed pretty intuitive for me. The few odd things so far (commands, etc., like clearing debris) were easily figured out.

A list of hot-keys would be good. A few I've discoverd; Ctrl + mouse adds a hill in the editor,
U - toggle map border (at least in editor),
J - toggle mini-map (again, only tried this in editor),
you can see a theme developing here, eh?
G - toggle grid (in editor for sure),
and M - toggle overhead view (again in editor, though listed for game elsewhere in forum).

I would like to see the ability to change some of the key bindings if possible (if already an option I haven't discovered how).

Also, a bug? When in the editor, if I change the map size the map goes gray like the area beyond the border. After this happens nothing seems to bring back the color so assuming it is a bug.

Played through the first campaign in the desert to the point where you are defending a small city. Got my butt kicked within two turns of winning. Will try again soon.
Again, great game! I have been waiting for a game like this for a very long time :D

When you create a new empty map, there is nothing to see the tiles, so it all appears fogged. I guess this isn't incredibly intuitive given that the editor tends to start up fully revealed. But on the other hand it is handy to know where your starting units can see.

We're putting together the manual, but it's not getting as much attention as the game polish at the moment.

Thanks for all your feedback - let us know how the campaigns feel as you get more into them!

Cheers

Pip

2nd try.

Second play through I held them at the ridge. Ultimately only lost one victory point. Was a helluva mess on the battlefield. Smoking tanks and half-tracks everywhere.

Discovered if troops are in place long enough they get sniper shots!
