Allied troops

Can allied troops be commanded by other than their direct commander? If yes, I've found another bug.

Actually, the question should have been if they can be controlled by some other commander, so, I think this is not a bug (notice the bottom right uncontrolled units but still in the area of command of two other different commanders.

Allies need to stay near their own general, he is the only one that can command them so the example seems to be correct.
