Split moves

I note from the list of features for IF that units will be able to take part of their move and then the remainder later. I have two questions:
1. How many increments are allowed? Is the player allowed two 'bites' per unit or could the unit be moved one hex at a time?
2. How often will anarchy be tested for, once per turn or at each increment of movement?

From what I have seen you can do that extra bit once per move. I find it is helpful with the ranged guys as you can move up and oops ended short then move them a little closer. The extra move is however many MP they had remaining but once you click on a new unit or shoot with them you lose the ability to move them again.
As for anarchy have not come across it yet myself.

This feature is already in the Beta and anarchy is as now, when you try to 1st use a unit or at the end of a turn for units you did not use. But you test only one. Keith

Does this mean that if I start a unit's move where I intend to charge, but stop part way before finishing it that anarchy would then apply? Or does anarchy only apply when the unit's move is competed, e.g. by selecting a different unit or shooting?

Anarchy is tested when you FIRST try to move a unit. Keith
