How are you planning to handle allied contingents for Rise of Rome armies that were not included with RoR since they were defined in the TT Immortal Fire lists. As an example, the Bosporan(mid) list should be allowed Early Sarmation allies. (I am sure there are others in RoR that are missing allies. This just happens to be a case I'm familiar with off the top of my head.)
