Is this hex-based or more like combat mission?

From the screenshots it appears to look more like Combat Mission, in that the movement is fluid rather than hex-based. Can anyone confirm?

It is more like UFO/Lazer squad in game play style but with a historical WW2 setting. You have action points to use each turn.

That's super. Many great WW2 miniatures rules like Rules of Engagement and Too Fat Lardies Troops, Weapons & Tactics also use this concept. Must put a Boot Camp partition back on my iMac for this game alone.

Good to know. I may have to call in sick once the game arrives or bring my laptop to work and have the sounds turned down..

Several people now call this "Steel Panther's Lite".
