Zone of Control

Is there a thread or something that really explains "zone of control"? I get the basic concept, but not well enough to know how enemy formations effect my movement in every circumstance. It makes it harder to plan turns when a move you think you can make turns out to be not possible because of ZoC.

Thanks.

I second this request. Knowing whether nearby units can advance into a newly conquered hex can be a critical piece of information.

Moving into a hex that is in the ZOC of two enemy units costs 2 additional MPs. Also, moving from a hex in the ZOC of enemy unit to another hex also in the ZOC of that, or any other, enemy unit costs 2 additional MPs.

So if I move unit from ZOC of enemy unit to hex in ZOC of 2 enemy units, it costs terrain cost + 4 mp?
