Cant install Storm of Arrows

Ive just upgraded to windows 7, so im reinstalling FoG. That worked, RoR worked, but SoA says
"The installer cannot install the upgrade patch because the programme being upgraded may be missing or the upgrade patch updates a different version of the programme."
It worked fine before, ive downloaded 1.1.2 in case i needed that but same message.
Any help anyone?
