Unable to move last BG

I've noticed that if your opponent doesn't move any BG's in his turn and merely passes then the last unit you moved previously is unavailable for movement the following turn.

I just Had it happen as well. First time I have seen it.
Is it a bug?

Maybe by not moving your opponent lulled one of your units to sleep...

Thanks for reporting this bug. The fix for this didn't make it into version 1.2.8, but it will be fixed in the next version after 1.2.8.
