I'm currently experiencing problems with my download.
At the start my download simply slowed down to about 2 kb/s after a minute or two. I paused and resumed the download which allows for regular download speed of 2 megabites/s for about a minute.

However I now no longer can download anymore, I'm guessing I exceeded a connection limit and I am getting a 403 forbidden error.
