Is the requirement to have at least twice as many Lansdknecht battle groups and bases as colunelas/Tercios intended to include Landsknecht Hakenbüchsenschützen?

Needs clarification IMO.

How does that impact the similar instruction in the Caroline Imperialist list in T&T? (As presently worded I think most people would take it as not including the arquebusiers, although it could lead to arguments). There is still a (brief) window of opportunity to change the wording of that one if necessary.

Not completely sure to be honest. I think it should include the Arquebusiers though.

How about

 The army must include at least twice as many Landsknecht battle groups and bases (including Light Foot) as Colunela foot or Tercios battle groups and bases.

This is further elucidated in Appendix 1.

(Mike: Note that it is "or" not "and" because the army cannot include both Colunelas and Tercios at the same time).

Suggest also adding:

 The army cannot include more battle groups of Landsknecht Light Foot than of Landsknecht Heavy Foot.

to the special instructions.
