move with wheel

Sure this has been covered but I'll ask it again because we still have quiries over it.

An advance can include a wheel, at start, finish, or some where in the middle. But how do you measure it?

I know it says for ease of measuring wheels are measured in a straight line, fine happy with this.

My question is this: When a player wheels and advances is the wheel measured (in a straight line i know) and then the advance measured after that or does the player wheel and advance, and then measure the whole move distance from the start to the finish in one straight line?

Hope this make sense

IIRC you measure the wheel and then once stopped wheeling measure the advance in whatever order they occour.

a move will be a straight ahead move of some distance (could be zero) measured as it happens, then a wheel measured as the direct distance moved by the outside corner of the wheel during the wheel itself and then another straight ahead move which again could be zero
