Blacksmith level 3

The upgrade of blacksmith level 3 always the same, two turns remains, but eight turns after that, two turns remains show the screen.

Is this PC, iPhone or PSP? Is teh barracks full? There was a bug that if the barracks was full it could cause this problem.

Yes PC, barracks is level 2, all is ok to upgrade, if wasn´t, the game don´t show that option turn on. When you select the option, the game makes it, but it blocks and doesn´t finish the upgrade.

Try moving one unit out of the garrison.
