A thought on game running under extreme computer workload

Every once in a while I like to see just how much I can push the computer.

No my system is not that great either. Run of the mill graphics card that in today's world I couldn't give away. Processor that is hardly interesting and juuuust enough ram to give a damn.

So I thought I would report that the game runs fine, even while I am converting a dvd video to Xvid, as well as running a downloading program from my newsgroup and having a Bit Torrent program in operation as well as a few windows open.

I never noticed any ill effects on game performance.

I am also running Windows 7 which is itself likely a demanding thing on system assets.

That all says to me, the program must be very light on demands and that is actually a nice thing, as in my perfect world, this game arrives on the market and I find it will perform well on something like the HP Slate when it enters the market too (hey a guy can dream right :)).

We put a lot of work into trying to make games which don't need SLI video cards and 9 cores! ;) So glad you are finding it to be suitably gentle on your system.

Cheers
