Hello,

I can't log in to multiplayer as I have no idea what the password was. For some reason the game no longer remembers the password (since patching I think). The only way to change the mp password from my site profile is by inputting the old one first. That's the conundrum!

Would you mind changing or resetting my password please?

You should be able to reset it from the home page in my page or at least get a reminder.

If I go into "my page", the only way to change the password is to input the existing one, which is the one I've forgotten. There's no option for having the password reset or a reminder sent out that I can find. So, I'm stuck unfortunately.

What makes it confusing is that the forum login credentials are different to the multiplayer. I use the same login name, but different passwords. I can get a password reset via the forums, but not for multiplayer.

They should not be different - if they are it is a bug. I'll investigate and probably add a reminder option on my page.

I tried logging into FoG with my forum password, but it just fails each time. I'm getting a similar result with Battlefield Academy beta when trying to test the game.

EDIT: In case it helps. I'm getting the error: Authorisation failed code 10.

OK thanks - the guy who deals with this is not well so hopefully we'll be able to sort it out tomorrow when he is back in the office.

No worries. I've tried it with both games and can log into multiplayer again.
