Got game at Salute on Saturday. It ran alright on Sunday and then crashed Sunday night - have loaded 1.25 patch - is it something to do with my computer or a bug? Also uninstalled and reinstalled game plus patch - got same message.

Suggestions will be welcome. :(

Please can you also tell us which version of Windows you have? And are you running Windows in a virtual machine? (A virtual machine is when you use a program, e.g. Parallels or VMWare Fusion, to run Windows even though you're actually in Mac OS X or Linux.)

To find your Windows version, please can you:
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the box, type winver, and then click OK.

Knowing which version of Windows you have will help us to identify the problem.
