How to make air units go to sleep in GS

Can someone help me out with this?
Hi Select a unit and press the 'S' key to toggle on or off. Once put to sleep you can repair or upgrade (if not adjacent to enemy)
Also after moving an air unit , before selecting or doing anything else, press the 'S' key to sleep.
