hI, i have been send the email with the download for SoA,s have downloaded that, put I have a few problems,
1st, the newer patch for the main rule set, does not take any regt number I have and now states that I can,t retry to download due to trying to many times??

2nd the game is still running on the test system and SoA remanins in test mode, it also will not let me retry to download
not a very happy buyer at the moment, I have no idea what to do, information on what to do is not very good and I feel that I have paid good money for a very poor return.

what can be done to sort this, michael

I'm not entirely clear from your message what issues you are having. If you get to the point of entering a serial number then you don't need to download again, the package is fine. The patch shouldn't have any limits on downloads, so I am going to assume you mean the main SoA download?

With regard to your second point, I'm also not sure what you mean. Test mode? Were you on the open beta programme?
