Camps again

Here's the situation: I'm very fond of sacking camps even though it isn't cost-effective at the moment.

In a current game, I moved some LH next to a camp and started my sack. On the next turn, I was shown to be looting it.

In my opponent's next turn, he moved a LF into an attack on my LH. The camp stayed on the map for three turns while I routed the LF. My LH then pursued the LF and the camp was still there. I moved the LH back to the camp and could no longer attack it but was never awarded my measily 2 points.

Clearly, this needs some tweaking. The camp should go away the same turn it is attacked and points awarded. The looting part should just tie up the looting unit. Furthermore, camps are vastly under valued. I thought this was going to be addressed?
