Slitherine

Today I've received my e-mail with Storm of Arrows download link. I clicked on it but I couldn't get connection receiving message like "Can't connect to the server". I tried several times with same result. Later I connected at last but received message: "Sorry, Too many download attempts: 20. You were allowed to download only 5 times." My order status at digitalriver marked as "complete"
It's fustrating. I need help.

Can you mail info@slitherine.co.uk with your order number and we'll check it out. We may need to increase your download limit. Make sure you dont use a download manager when downloading the file - Digital River doesnt work nicely with these.
