I went directly from 1.1.1 to 1.25. Didn't know there was a 1.1.2. Am I OK ?

I would suggest that you install 1.1.2 prior to 1.2.5 to avoid any potential problems.

I already installed 1.25. Should I install 1.12 now ?? Seems to run fine as is.

No you only need 1.2.5. Patch 1.2.5 goes from 1.1.0 to the latest version.
