wtf!?; site says the game is out & take my $ but no d/l

I just ordered storm of arrows since the site said its out today, it took my order and accepted the payment(with no pre order discount) but then i just got a transaction number and it said payment succesfull..but i got no download link or serial on either the page or email..
whats up with that

Sounds like the email was filtered at some point along the way. Try
http://www.findmyorder.com/ and you should be able to get all the details to download.

You have ordered a boxed copy, not the digital download. If you can think of a way we can make this clearer let us know - there is a link for adding physical items to the cart and another labelled download.
The boxed copies are on their way from the factory and will be here any time now and dispatched as soon as we have them.
