Hi, I purchased SOA last night but haven't yet received a confirmation email, nor, so far, I have I received an email to enable download. Help please!

edit - got it fixed.

I ordered storm of arrows since the site said its
out today, it took my order and accepted the payment(with no pre order
discount) but then i just got a transaction number and it said payment
succesfull..but i got no download link or serial on either the page or
email..

whats up with that?
by the way i cant get into SOA in the army genarator either..
any help would be appreciated

If the email has been filtered for some reason, you can use http://www.findmyorder.com/ to get all the details needed to download, I believe.

i dint get an order number,only a trnsaction number and that wont work in the order locator

As I have replied in the other 3 places you posted this, you have ordered a boxed copy which will be dispatched as soon as it arrives from the factory. You did not order a digital download.
