I have received my preorder email with an order number but unable to download it ... has it been actually released yet

I also had the same email but nothing more, im sure it will be released soon.
In a way its good to know that you havent been missed out

Likewise 6.26 and no e-mail. Had one yesterday saying it was going to be delayed until today so I know i am on their list but not received yet. I have patched to 1.2.5 safely I am pleased to say.
And who in the UK is working now with GMT ??? As you say we are on BST !!

Yes but the first announcement was 1800 GMT
Then Ian said 'in twenty minutes' at around 1740.
I bet it's 1900 BST and he forgot they said GMT

i just paid for storm of arrows,and all i got was the order number and the page saying "thank you, payment sucessful", no download link,serial number or anything
wtf?!?
