I bought FoG through Matrix Games - and now every time they release an update there is a delay before I can get it ... so SoA is not available to me yet.

Also when they release a FoG patch (like 1.2.5 today) I download it but it then says it is not compatible with my software (presumably because I bought it from Matrix). So I have to wait for Matrixto sort their lives out and make it available. It is not there yet - so all my multiplayer games are broken.

What possible value do Matrix Games add? Just release direct to customer and have done with it.

Anyone else feel like this ?

This is mostly our fault - we did not give them time to build the patch as we were late getting it ready.

We discussed yesterday with Matrix how we could manage this better in the future and hope to ensure you all have a good experience going forwards. Apologies to anyone who is effected but we we're working round the clock to release SoA on time and forgot we needed to get Matrix a version :$
