Agincourt

Great fun to play, but two problems with the gameplay from an historical perspective, I think. Firstly, the cavalry pass happily through the woods. The whole point of the positions was that the cavalry could not outflank the English in that position. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, the French cavalry is just not impetuous enough. It was the impetuosity of the French as much as anything else that lost the day. These French knights are just too orderly! :o

Oh - another issues with Agincourt. On turn 12 of a game (I was winning - isn't it always the same) the AI gave up the ghost. The system says it is taking the AI turn, but nothing is happening. I can scroll around the map, though the movement is jerky. Otherwise time has paused on the field of Agincourt!

Got the AI going again by saving the game then opening it back up. Time started again!
