I have been trying for 3 days to download version 1.1 and v.12.

I copy and paste the serial number from the order form and it says invalid serial number?

Is there any way around this?

Try typing it by hand instead of copy/paste.

Can you tell us exactly what the issue is - downloading or running the installer?

Check there are no spaces and you have the - in the right place when entering the serial number.

The number is correct because the game is registered.

Can you send us your order details so we can investigate (to info@slitherine.co.uk). Can you tell me the exact filename of the patch you are trying to run?

I can't think of a reason why it would fail if you are typing it correctly. It's never happened before on any of our games.
