Medieval Armies in the Lost Scrolls

Will the 3 Medieval armies that are included in the TT book The Lost Scrolls be included as part of STorm of Arrows for the pc version, or will we have to wait for the last Army package to get these. I ask this as it seems a shame not to include them for the sake of completeness with Storm of Arrows, as it only needs the lists compiling as the graphics are already done.
