Forum moderators taking a break?

I've noticed in the last week or so that the Moderators have been mostly absent and not responding to posted questions. I will guess that they are taking a much needed break after the storm of postings before and after the release of Rise of Rome. Well, I certainly don't blame them. They must have been tearing their hair out trying to keep up with the flood of postings. I just hope they don't stay away too long, we players need the feedback to our many questions.

I know that one of the guys has just recently come back from the States and is buried under a mountain of emails (including mine - sorry! ). I'm still enjoying lurking and reading the posts from the players. I especially like the 'leaders' thread. Very interesting.

And Slitherine have just released another game, which will doubtless be sucking some time away too.

We dont actually have any moderators but we could do with some. If anyone wants to volunteer let us know!

Now to give credit. I have never before seen a game forum were the company people were as responsive as Slitherine and actually addressed concerns by posting and by game updates. Maybe a good reason why I bought three more games from them after buying FoG. Agroup that makes you feel good about purchasing. Thanks guys.

For sure...and on the TT version forum as well...although there they have the benefit of a group of mods who've played the game a lot so they can help out with questions from souls like this olde brain. The PC version being newer, we have to rely more on the original developers and such. But it's getting there. :)
